Warren Grant Best, age 49, of Apple Springs, Texas, completed his earthly journey and went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 8, 2014 in Lufkin, Texas. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Groveton Funeral Home, Groveton, Texas. Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 10:00 AM under the pavilion at Bennett Cemetery in Groveton-Centerville, Texas with Bro. Nimmons officiating.

He was born on October 2, 1964 in Longview, Texas, to his parents, Lloyd and Marie (Clark) Best. Warren was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. He grew up attending church and was a Baptist by faith. He was a graduate of Kilgore College and later became employed as an electrician. He enjoyed the fellowship with his family and friends.

Warren is preceded in death by his father. His survivors include his mother, Marie Best, of Apple Springs, Texas; his brother and sister-in-law, Roger Best and Amy Best, of Houston, Texas; two nephews, Austin Best and Tyler Best, both of Houston, Texas; and his niece, Katie Best, of Houston, Texas; numerous other relatives and friends, also survive.
