Memorial services for Tuff Jennings Welker, age 7, of Groveton, Texas will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 13, in the Centerville High School Gymnasium at Groveton-Centerville with Brother Buford Rogers officiating.

Tuff was born on March 15, 2008 in McAllen Hidalgo County, Texas and passed away October 8, 2015 in Lufkin. He is survived by his father and mother Thomas and Brandy Welker of Groveton, Texas; sister Payton Haltom and husband, Timothy of Bismarck, North Dakota; brother Marcus Welker and wife Heather of Groveton, Texas; brother Trent Hensley of Groveton, Texas; grandparents, Larry and Donna Welker of Groveton, Texas and Marc Witherspoon of Livingston, Texas; uncle and aunt Michael and Penny Reider of Kingwood, Texas; aunt Ina Reider of Livingston, Texas; aunt Donnie Ward of Groveton, Texas; aunt Jennifer Westbrook of Groveton, Texas and aunt Halye Hollis of Groveton, Texas; cousins Devin Ward, Megan, Zack and Ryelynn Smith, Brittney and Braiden Marlow, Hannah and Zack Reider and Savannah and Coy Westbrook and a host of other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Mary Ann Witherspoon.
