Graveside services for Thomas Lee Carswell, 69, of Splendora, formerly of Apple Springs will be held Monday, August 14, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Johnson-Tullos Cemetery of Apple Springs, Texas with Brother Larry Riggens officiating.  Burial will follow in Johnson-Tullos Cemetery in Apple Springs, Texas.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until departure for Graveside services in the Cartwright Memorial Chapel of Groveton Funeral Home.

Mr. Carswell was born April 3, 1948 in Lufkin, Texas the son of Roland Carswell and Robbie Tullos and went to be with the Lord on August 8, 2017 peacefully in his sleep.  He is preceded in death by his parents; grandfather Finnis Tullos; sister Brenda Scak and two brothers Steven and Larry Carswell.

Survivors include his loving wife Beckie Carswell of Splendora; son Steven Carswell of Cleveland; sister Linda Spence of Apple Springs; step- sons Cody and Casey Goraum both of Splendora as well his many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
