Susan May Sheeley Hildebrand, beloved wife, mother, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2024, at the age of sixty-eight in Apple Springs, Texas. Susan was born on October 27, 1957, in Ellenville, New York to Donald Washington Sheeley and Helen Alice (Christiana) Sheeley. She grew up with a passion for art, and gardening, dedicating much of her life to her family and community.
Susan met the love of her life, Larry Hildebrand, and they married on January 22, 1993, in Brooksville, Florida. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. She was a devoted mother to her children, Christopher Drzymala, Stephen Drzymala, Allison Landis, and Austin Hildebrand and took immense joy in nurturing her family. Her warmth and kindness touched everyone she met, and she was known for her unwavering support, compassion, and generosity.
Susan is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters and a brother.
She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Hildebrand; her children, son, Christopher Drzymala, son, Stephen Drzymala, daughter, Allison Landis, son, Austin Hildebrand and wife, Harlee; her granddaughter, Lili Webb; brother, Donald Sheeley, Jr., and Brother, Richard Comfort; special nephew and niece, Zachary and Elizabeth Sheeley, and a host of other family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.
Susan's family extends heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported her and shared in her life. Her spirit and love will continue to live on in all who knew her.
