Funeral services for Mrs. Sue Conarroe, 85 of Groveton, Texas will be held at the First United Methodist Church on Thursday June 9th at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jack McMahon officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 until service time at the church. Interment will follow at the Glenwood Cemetery.

Sue was born February 7, 1931 in Houston County, Texas and went to be with her Lord on Monday, June 6, 2016. She was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Groveton and loved her church family. She attended the Methodist Women's Group and was retired from the First Bank of Groveton. She enjoyed playing dominoes with her domino group on Monday night.
She is preceded in death by her parents Martin Fred Clark and Etta Williamson Clark, her husband J.W. Conarroe and a son-in-law Freddie Roberts.

She is survived by her Daughter & Son-in-law: Joyce Roberts Howard and Tommy Howard of Groveton; Daughter: Dianne Brummett of Palestine; Son & Daughter-in-law: Gary & Nona Conarroe of Groveton; Son & Daughter-in-law: Marshall & Bethany Conarroe of Brenham and Daughter & Son-in-law: Pam & Benny Abshire of Groveton; Sisters-in-laws: Grace Dean Parker of Lufkin and Gracie Clark of Mt. Vernon; 13 Grandchildren; 24 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Pallbearers will be Freddie Roberts, Jr., Scott Roberts, Terry Roberts, Lee Conarroe, Jon Abshier, Jason Conarroe, Adam Conarroe, and Richard Brummett.
