Steven Keith Mills, age 57, of Conroe, formerly of Groveton, completed his earthly journey and went to be with his Lord and Savior on February 14, 2014 in Conroe, Texas. Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at Groveton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 17, 2014 in the Cartwright Memorial Chapel of the Groveton Funeral Home with Bro. Lester McAdams officiating. Interment will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.

Steven was born on April 15, 1956 to his parents, Richard and Maydelle (Collins) Mills in Columbus, Ohio. He was a graduate of Groveton High School, Class of 1974. He worked in Warehouse Sales and enjoyed being outdoors whenever he could. Steven enjoyed hunting, fishing and cooking on the grill. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother.

He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Mills and leaves behind his wife, Monica Molen, of Conroe, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Stacey and Shane, of Houston, Texas; granddaughter, Sophia, of Houston, Texas; mother, Maydelle Mills, of Groveton, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Jan Mills, of Valrico, Florida; brother, Scott Mills and girlfriend, Terri, of Conroe, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Randy and Julie Mills, of Edgewood, Texas; numerous other relatives and friends, also survive.
