Seba Janice (Horn) Oliver, of Groveton, was born on February 17, 1927, to Lee Roy Horn and Opal Lena (Tullos) Horn in Pennington, TX. and passed away peacefully to her eternal home in heaven on February 1, 2022, at the age of 94 years in Groveton, TX.

Seba loved to spend time with her family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She ran restaurants and cooked. Seba loved to sew. She also enjoyed working in the garden.

Seba is survived by her daughter: Marsha Patterson and husband, Dennis of Angleton; son: Mark Willis and partner, Ignacio Avitia of Groveton; grandchildren: Stacy Willis, Tammy Fossland, Russell Willis, Michael Russell, Chris Russell, Casey Russell, Flynn Patterson, Robert Patterson, Kasie Schuler, Chris Aguilar; 23 great grandchildren, Special thank you to her provider and companion Rosie Smith; and a numerous Nieces, Nephews and other relatives, and friends also survive.

Seba is preceded in death by her parents: Lee Roy Horn and Opal (Tullos) Horn; husbands: Pete Willis, Russell Friday, Norman Oliver; brothers: Kenneth Horn, Durwood Horn; sister: JoNell Doyle, Louise Witt; sons: Rusty Willis, Gerald Willis; daughters: Kathy Ringo, Brenda Cathy.

The family will welcome visitors beginning, Friday, February 4, 2022, from 5:00pm until7:00pm at the Oaklawn Baptist Church. Celebration of Life Services will be held Saturday February 5, 2022, at 10:00am at The Oaklawn Baptist Church with Brother Lester McAdams officiating. Interment will follow at the Bennett Cemetery.
