Obituary

Memorial services commemorating the life of Ronald "Ronnie" Lee Bell, age 47 of Groveton, Texas will be held Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Groveton with Brother Lewis Jones officiating the services.

Ronnie was born August 16, 1969 in Big Spring, Texas and passed away on March 16, 2017 in Groveton, Texas.  Ron loved his country and enjoyed taking care of the military men and women who served for this great nation while he worked over in Iraq.  He was an avid family man and especially loved spending time with all his grandchildren while taking them out on little fishing trips.  He also shared a love for the University of  Texas Longhorns football with his brother Michael.  Ron enjoyed traveling and going out on hunting trips.

He is preceded in death by his father Newton Joseph Bell, Jr.; paternal grandparents Newton Joseph Bell, Sr. and JoNell Bell and his maternal grandfather Eugene Holeman. He is survived by his loving wife Cynthia Diana Bell of Groveton, Texas; daughter Morgan Sutton and husband Brad Sutton of San Angelo, Texas; daughter Kirstin Bell of San Angelo, Texas; daughter Nicole Calderon and husband Huber Calderon of Neuvo Laredo, Mexico; son J.W. Isaacks and girlfriend Rachelle Richards of Livingston, Texas; mother Beverly Bell of Wolfforth, Texas; grandmother Mildred Holeman of Midland, Texas; brother Randy Bell of LeMesa, Texas; sister Patricia Machen and husband Bill Machen of Canyon, Texas; brother Michael Bell and wife Crystal Bell of Scott Air Force Base, Illinois; grandchildren Finnley and Elianna, Bryana, Makenzi, Dakoda, Christopher, Piper, Averi, Anaston and Kaytlynn; very special friend Amber Bell and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
