Ottis Joe Deaton, Jr. was born January 23, 1965, in Lufkin, Texas to parents, Ottis Joe Deaton, Sr. and Evelyn (Carroll) Deaton. He peacefully returned to his heavenly home Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at the age of fifty-eight years.
Mr. Deaton loved to live his life on the edge. He enjoyed driving fast cars and riding motorcycles.
Mr. Deaton was preceded in death by his parents, Ottis and Evelyn Deaton.
Mr. Deaton is survived by his siblings: brother, Carl Rice and wife, Carol of Groveton, TX; brother, Robert Rice and wife, Judy of Minneola, TX; brother, Paul Deaton and wife, Tamisha of Hudson, TX; sister, Diane Clayton and husband, Matt of Louisiana; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends also survive.
