Funeral services for Mr. Michael Dale Trahan, 53 of Pasadena will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 4th, 2016 in the Cartwright Memorial Chapel of the Groveton Funeral Home in Groveton, Texas with Pastor Mark Gray officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday evening at Groveton Funeral Home beginning at 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Burial will follow services in Ellis Prairie Cemetery in Friday, Texas.
Michael was born June 30th, 1963 in Pasadena, Texas and went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, October 31st, 2016 in Pasadena, Texas. Mr. Trahan was an extremely hard worker and held a steady job with Monument Chevrolet for over twenty-two years. He loved his family and he especially loved spending time with them throughout Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. He also had a wonderful memory for everyone's birthdays and never forgot. Michael was a member of the Second Baptist Church of Pasadena where he could attend services with his brothers and sisters in Christ. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Arthur and May Ireland and Bennite and Alcibiade Trahan.
He is survived by his son Michael Francis Trahan; his parents Beth Trahan and Francis Trahan; sister Devona Sharp; nephew Garrett Sharp and wife Lisa Sharp and a host of other relatives and many friends.
