Linda Thompson age 68, of Groveton was born on May 20, 1945 in Friday, Texas to her parents, Hoytt Thompson and Evelyn (Stubblefield) and passed away on November 2, 2013 in Groveton, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister-in-law, Wanda Thompson and brother, Doug Thompson. Her survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Christy and Tony LeBlanc, of Groveton, Texas; brother, Charles Thompson, of Concrete, Washington; sister-in-law; Jeanne Thompson, of Athens, Texas; nephews and nieces, Rick Gabrielson, Tim Thompson, Michael Thompson, Sharon and Sammy Dial and Tracy Thompson; great nieces, Brianna, Deanna and Hannah Dial; numerous other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation for Linda will be held from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM, Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at the Groveton Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services for Linda Thompson will be held Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 10:00AM at the Groveton Funeral Home with Bro. Lewis Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Zion Hill Cemetery in Friday, Texas.
