Services for Lillie Faye Hollis, age 86, of Groveton will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 15, at Oaklawn Baptist Church in Groveton, with Brother Lester McAdams officiating. The family will be receiving visitors Monday afternoon from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the Groveton Funeral Home.

Lillie was born on April 10, 1929 to John and Cleona Brooks in Trinity County and passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2015 in Lufkin. She is survived by her loving husband, Clayton Hollis; daughter, Ann Jones and husband, John E. Jones; son, Tom Hollis and wife, Teri Hollis; brother, Ted Brooks and wife, Reatha Brooks; brother, Bob Brooks; grandchildren, Tim and Andrea Simer, Dan Hollis, Taylor Hollis, Gabe and Jenell Collier, Chris and Brooke Collier; sister-in-law, Maxine Hollis; sister-in-law, Carol Hollis; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joe Hollis and Nancy Hollis; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Hollis is preceded in death by her parents, John and Cleona Brooks; brothers, Jeff, Glenn, Farrest and Leamon; sisters, Nora, Laura, Lucille and Alma; grandson, Cole Hollis; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ava Hollis and Odell Hollis; brother-in-law, Jack Hollis; brother-in-law, Nelton Hollis; sister-in-law, Danna Lee Lester.
