Lillie Vonona Antley was born on June 7, 1919 in Douglas, TX, the daughter of Robert and Amanda (Hearn) Rogers and passed away peacefully on April 1, 2018 in Lufkin, TX.

Lillie was a special person.  She was active within her family and considered them as her life.  She especially enjoyed spending time with all her grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren.  She loved to host tea parties and play dolls with her babies.  Lillie always enjoyed cooking and entertaining her guests.  She loved the outdoors, gardening and keeping her yard beautiful for as long as her health would allow.  She loved animals and especially loved her pet cat named "Miss Kitty."  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, great-great-great grandmother, sister and a friend to many.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Groveton Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Groveton Funeral Home in Groveton, TX with Bro. Neil Kemper officiating.  Interment will follow in Bennett Cemetery in Apple Springs, TX.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Amanda Rogers; husband, Curtis James Antley; son and daughter-in-law, R.L. and Sandra Antley; son, Charlie N. Antley; brother and sister-in-law, Marion and Loraine Rogers; sister, Nettie Whitton; brother and sister-in-law, Rufus and Ollie Rogers; brother and sister-in-law, Hollis "Pat" and Mary Rogers and great grandchildren: Brittney Antley, Collin Bowman and Damon Rhoden.  Her survivors include her loving children: son,  James Antley and wife, Julie of Carthage, TX; daughter, Nina Royle and husband, Tommy of Palestine, TX; daughter, Nona Rhoden and husband, Shug of Cleveland, TX; son, Bobby Antley and wife, Kathrine of Groveton, TX; son, Don Antley and wife, Nora of Nogales Prairie, TX; daughter, Linda Lee and husband, Bennie of Groveton, TX; son, Curtis Antley and wife, Debbie of Lufkin, TX; daughter, Kathy Butler and husband, Edward of Lufkin, TX; 34 grandchildren; 66 great grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren and a host of great-great-great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Nolan Antley and wife, Shirley; special friends of Hospice In The Pines, Justina Bogany, Vanessa Lopez, Carolina Segura, Jennifer Shepherd, Addye Willett, Connie Buswell, Elizabeth Pierce, Kyle Hampton, Matthew Bean and a host of other relatives and friends also, survive.
