Memorial services for Mr. Larry Joe Young of the Helmic Community will be held Sunday December 2, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the Groveton Funeral Home Cartwright Memorial Chapel.
Larry was bron on May 27, 1952 in Lufkin, Texas to John Dennis and Lilly Thorne Young and passed away
at his residence on November 26, 2012 at the age of 60.
He was a member of the Church of Christ and was an equipment operator in the logging business.
He is survived by his mother Easter Lilly Harrison of Trinity; Daughter: Katricia Hortman of Trinity; Brother: Raymond Young of Livingston; Sister: Janet Dover of Trinity; 2 Grandsons and numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father John Dennis Young and his step-father Gervis Harrison.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
