Funeral services for Mrs. Johnsie Lawrence Davis, 96 of Groveton, Texas will be held on Saturday, November 17,2012 at 10:00 A.M. at the Groveton Funeral Home Cartwright Memorial Chapel.  Rev. Lillian Hinds will officiate with interment in Post Oak Cemetery in Cross Roads, Texas.
Mrs. Davis was born on December 8, 1915 in Cayuga, Texas and passed away on November 14, 2012 at her residence in Groveton, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robbie Lee Davis, daughter Gayle Maria Houck and two grandchildren.
She leaves to survive a son: Robbie L. "Rusty" Davis of Groveton, Daughter Jenni Bridges and husband Bob of Molina, Co., Cynthia Wright and husband Waymond of Houston, Texas and Daughter Lecil McBride and husband Dorman of Groveton; 14 Grandchildren, 23 Great  Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren.
Grandsons will be pallbearers.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday evening.
