Joe Don Hallmark of Kennard was born in Crockett, Texas on August 9, 1955. He passed away on August 28, 2018 in Crockett at the age of 63 at Houston County Nursing Home. Joe Don worked for Allee Work Clothes and Earls Manufacturing for several years. He belonged to Arbor Church family and attended services when he could. After his father's death he returned to his family home to help take care of his mother and siblings. He loved spending time with his family and later playing with his nieces and nephew. Joe Don is survived by his sister, Martha Arnold of Crockett, Texas; sister, Sandy Josey of Crockett, Texas; niece, Marla Campbell and fiancé, Wayne Norsworthy of Lovelady, Texas; great-nephews and nieces, Kyle, Kaylee, Karlie Campbell, James and Randy. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, J.D. and Lucille Hallmark and sister, Linda Spruill.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, September 15, 2018, graveside at Pleasant Grove Cemetery at 10:00 a.m.
