JaNelle Sullivan was born June 16, 1932 in Luling, TX to Richmond and Mildred (Gillis) Gidden. God called JaNelle home on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at the age of 87 years in Lufkin, TX.

Mrs. Sullivan is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Oran Sullivan of Apple Springs, TX; son, Leland Sullivan and wife, Jeannie of Magnolia, TX; son, Curtis and wife, Rita Sullivan of Apple Springs, TX; daughter, LaRetta Bolain and husband, Jerry of Oklahoma City, OK; son, Wesley Sullivan and wife, Cindy of Katy, TX; brother, Wayne Gidden and wife, Betty of Harrison, AR; sister, Nancy Collis and husband, Jack of St. Louis, MO; 11 grandchildren and step- grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richmond and Mildred Gidden and a brother, Perry Gidden.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. until service time at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 13, 2020 at Apple Spring Baptist Church in Apple Springs, TX with Rev. Mike Due officiating. Interment will follow in Bennett Cemetery in Centerville Community.
