Janelle Jones, age 63, of Groveton, Texas, completed her earthly journey and went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 13, 2014 surrounded by her closest family. She was born on October 7, 1950 in Houston, Texas to her parents, Ted and Vern (Vickory) Jones. She was a free spirit and enjoyed participating in whatever that was happening. Janelle liked to go fishing and also enjoyed playing bingo. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them whenever life permitted.

She is preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Donna Jones and Diane Jones. Her survivors include her two children, daughter, Shanda Russell and son, Clayton Baker; four grandchildren; niece, Angela Jones and sister, Linda Jones; numerous other relatives and friends, also survive.
