Gordon Wade Toler, 66, of Groveton, Texas entered into God's presence on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at his home in Groveton.

Mr. Toler was born on February 15, 1948 in Camden, Texas to Gordon and Tina Mae Toler. He was retired from Champion International. He was a member of Oaklawn Baptist Church. Gordon had married his wife Terry in February of 2001 and they shared many happy years together. He loved God and his family and was most happy when he was able to serve others. He found joy in making things grow and working with his hands.

Gordon is preceded in death by his parents and by a brother, Charles C. Toler.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife of thirteen years, Terry Nell Lowry Toler, of Groveton, Texas; his four sons, Brian Williams and wife, Amy, of San Saba, Texas, Chris Williams, of Lufkin, Texas, Toby Toler and wife, Sarah, of Lumberton, Texas, Ross Toler and wife, Bridgett, of Colmesneil, Texas; three daughters, Kaylee Toler, of Chester, Texas, Dori Beard and husband, Darrell, of Lufkin, Texas, Charla Adamick and fiancé, Ray Harrison, of Crawford, Texas; brother, David Toler and wife, Sharon; eleven grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and a host of other loved ones and friends.
