On April 17, 2024, Glynn Little went home to be with the Lord at the age of ninety.
He was born on January 20, 1934, to Aubrey Lynn Little and Viney Bartrella Little, in DeQuincy, Louisiana. After high school, Glynn served in the Army and then attended and graduated from Stephen F. Austin University. He then furthered his education more and graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with his master's degree. Glynn later met Juanelle (Bugg) at Kashner Baptist church and eventually married March of 1954. They spent over seventy years together. He served the Lord and worked in the ministry for most of his life. He also worked in Real Estate for many years. He enjoyed going bowling and camping with his family.
Glynn was preceded in death by his son, John Michael Little; parents, Aubrey and Viney Little; brothers: Orie Lynn Little, and Herbert Gene Little; and sister, Judy Lee Thomas.
He is survived by his loving wife, Juanelle Little; son, Kevin Little; sister, Mattie Ann Brisendine and husband, Teddy; nephew, Andrew Neat and wife, Michele; great-nieces, Andrea and Michelle Neat; great nephew, Jacob Neat and wife, Tiffany; and special friend, Lisa Kilgore.
Death leaves a memory no one can heal. But love leaves a memory no one can steal. He will always be loved and missed dearly by his family and friends.
Friends and family are cordially invited to visitation from 9:30 am until 11 am on Saturday April 20, 2024, at the First Baptist Church of Groveton. Celebration of life service to follow, at 11 am, at First Baptist Church of Groveton with Bro. Jimmy Arnold officiating and Louis Romero assisting. Interment will follow in Bennett Cemetery in Apple Springs, Texas.
