George Allen Selman of Groveton, Texas, was born on February11, 1937, in Lufkin, Texas to P.D. Selman and Mary Jean (Courtney) Selman and passed away to his eternal home on September 19, 2021, at the age of 84 years in Groveton, Texas.

Mr. Selman is survived by his two sons, Brett Selman and wife, Michele of Groveton, TX and William Selman and fiancé, Tracy Miller of Groveton, TX; sister: Patricia Ann Bailey of Dallas, TX.; brother; Mike Selman and wife, Beverly of Lufkin; Grandchildren: Kaitlyn Selman, Hannah Selman, Hayley Selman, Brice Selman; Great Grandchildren: Haisley and Karson; and a host of family and friends also survive.

George is preceded in death by his wife, Doris Gene Selman; parents, P.D. and Mary Jean Selman.

Graveside Service will begin at 1:00 pm on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at Moore Cemetery in Groveton, Texas with Bro. James Whittlesey officiating.
