Mrs. Denise Murry, of Groveton, Texas, went to her eternal home on October 22, 2021, at the age of 70 years in Lufkin, Texas. She was born on September 4,1951, in Houston, Texas to Lessie Lee (Forson) and James Franice LaCoste.
Denise is survived by her daughter: Michelle and husband, John Reynolds, Jr. of Bastrop; granddaughter, Lily Reynolds; grandson, Jack Reynolds; uncle, L.C. "Polo" LaCoste and wife, Sharon of Montgomery, TX; uncle, Martin LaCoste and wife, Phala of Houma, LA.; and a Host of other relatives, and friends also, survive.
Denise is preceded by her husband: Bobby Dean Murry; parents: James and Lessie (Forson) LaCoste; uncle, Warren LaCoste.
Denise loved all children; she ran the Angel Care Daycare for ten years. She then went to work for TDCJ for ten years until her retirement. She loved decorating for the holidays. Spending time with her family and friends was important to Denise. She and her girlfriends would make annual trips to Canton. Denise also enjoyed going to dinner with her friends.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, October 26, 2021, from10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at Groveton Funeral Home Chapel in Groveton, Texas with Bro. Lewis Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Glenwood Cemetery in Groveton, TX.
