Elizabeth Lenore Andrews passed from this life into eternity on October 15, 2019 in Tomball, TX at the age of 81 years. She was born in Sebastopol, TX on August 28, 1938, the daughter of Toll William Dunaway and Bertha Strickland Dunaway. Elizabeth graduated from Groveton High School Class of 1957. She later married and had two beautiful children. She loved her family and she especially loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling and going to church. She was a past member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church of Trinity.

Mrs. Andrews is preceded in death by her parents, Toll and Bertha Dunaway; two brothers, Carl and Cleon Dunaway and two sisters, Dorothy Roberson and Laverne Sillivan. Her survivors include her two children: daughter, Sandra Andrews of Montgomery, TX; son, Guinn Andrews of Crosby, TX; brother, Charles Dunaway and wife, Paulette of Sebastopol, TX; grandchildren: Jason Andrews, Elizabeth Andrews, Savannah Andrews, Axel Andrews; great grandchildren: Tucker McCabe, Bentley Andrews, Jovany Phillips; father of her children, Verlon Andrews of Pennington, TX; special friend, Sharon Thompson of Spring, TX; special friend, Candace Davis and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 18, 2019 at Groveton Funeral Home in Groveton, TX with Bro. Kenneth Meyers officiating and chaplain Shannon Bowdoin assisting. Interment will follow in Clapp Cemetery in Trinity, TX. Mrs. Andrews will be escorted to her final resting place by her pallbearers: Paul Boyd, Mike Moore, Les Stubbs, Joe Jameson, Gregg Connor and Axel Andrews.
