Cleon Evan Ashworth was born January 12, 1937 in Groveton, TX to Henry and Polly Ashworth. God called Cleon home on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at the age of 83 years in Crockett, TX.

Mr. Ashworth is survived by his children, daughters: Lillian Kite, Tina Gotcher and Melissa Jackson; son, Cleon Evan Ashworth, Jr.; brothers: Grover Ashworth and Dewey Ashworth.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Poly Ashworth; siblings: Eloise, Claude, Cleo, Eva and Charles; daughter: Karrie Richardson and an infant daughter.

Graveside services will be held privately at the Calvary Cemetery in Nogalus Prairie on Friday, April 10, 2020 with Chaplain Marty Ballesteros.
