Charles Willis Bila, age 89, of Leander, Texas was born in Chicago, Illinois and passed away on February 7, 2019 surrounded by his family at his home in Leander. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 11, 2019 in the Cartwright Memorial Chapel of Groveton Funeral Home with Bro. David McMinn officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Hill Cemetery in Friday, Texas. Mr. Bila will be escorted to his final resting place by his pallbearers, Randy Bila, Bryan Bila, Joshua Tidmore, Andrew Bila, Austin Bila.
Mr. Bila is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Bessie Arnold Bila; daughter, Linda Sue Bila and siblings: Frank, Henry, Marie, Helen and Louise. He is survived by his wife, Norma Jenan Thompson Bila of Leander, TX; children: son, Randy Bila and wife, Liz; daughter, Sandi Tidmore; son, Bryan Bila and wife, Dena Bila; son, Andrew Bila and wife, Lyndsay Bila; grandchildren: Joshua Tidmore and wife, Gabriela, Michael Tidmore, Austin Bila, Sarah Bila; great grandchildren: Kayden Meadows, Wyatt Bila, Jayce Bila, Ella Jean Tidmore, Charlie Rae Pearl Tidmore and a host of other beloved relatives and friends also survive.
