Chad Everett Stewart, 32, of Trinity, Texas, was born on October 4,1988 in San Antonio, TX to Vell (Vardeman) Greisen and Timothy Paul Stewart and went to his eternal home on July 4, 2021, in LaPorte, TX.
Chad, or as his sisters lovingly called him "Otter", was extremely creative as he enjoyed music and drawing. He was an artist all in his own. With his infectious smile, he brought so much joy to everyone he met and lived life to its fullest. Chad was absolutely loved and will forever remain in our hearts.

Chad is survived by his Parents: Father, Tim Stewart and wife, Irene Stewart, Mother, Vell Greisen and husband, Dan Greisen; Son, Isaac Duncan Stewart; Siblings: Chelsea and Tristan Simmons of Guthrie, OK, Jessica and Austin Ferguson of Edmond, OK, Michael and Matthew Conkey of San Antonio, TX; Aunts and Uncles: Jimmy and Michelle Laird of Diss, TX, Regina and Gordon Marshall of Stillwell, OK, Stacey Scott of New Braunfels, TX, Patricia Ann Stewart of Houston, TX; Cousins: Andy Laird of San Antonio, TX, Stan Laird of Austin, TX, Koby and Mary Trees of Port Aransas, TX, Katelyn Elizabeth Jalomo of Houston, TX, Candace Lee Lara of Houston, TX, Ryan Dean Danielson of Houston, TX, Lt. Colonel Jason and Annette Laird USMC; their children: Jayson and Olivia Laird of Okinawa, Japan, Everett Marshall of Stillwell, OK; Nieces and Nephews: Wyatt Simmons, Annie Simmons, Sage Ferguson, Gage Ferguson.

He is preceded in death by his Fraternal Grandparents, James Stewart and Margaret Stewart; Maternal Grandfather, Alva Dale Barnes; Aunt, Sheila Hinchee; Uncle, Steve Laird.

Visitation will begin Monday, July 12, 2021, at 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Groveton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 13, 2021, beginning at 11:00 AM at Groveton Funeral Home with Pastor Sharon Schuetz officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery in Groveton, TX.
