Carolyn Due of Groveton, Texas was born on October 28,1951 in Lufkin, TX to the late A.J. Tullos and Lillie Mae (Rogers) Tullos and went to her eternal home on May 19,2021 at the age of 69 years in Lufkin, TX.

Mrs. Due worked every chance she had outside.  She always had a garden and everything that was planted in the garden she canned for her family. Carolyn worked at D&E Superette as the cook for many years.  She made the "best" hamburgers, and she never met a stranger.  Carolyn always felt that God put her here to help make people laugh. Carolyn was always a doer who loved to help anyone and everyone. She was also a member of Apple Springs Baptist church.

Mrs. Due is survived by her loving daughter, Shawna and husband, Gaylon Rodrigues of Apple Springs, TX; Sister, Lois Odom of Apple Springs, TX; Brother, Roy Lynn Tullos of Apple Springs, TX; Sister, Linda Tullos of Apple Springs, TX; special friend, Lari Ann DeLeon of Apple Springs, TX; and a host of other relatives and friends also survive.

She is preceded in death by her Parents, A.J. and Lillie Tullos; Husband, Coy Due; Sister, Kathleen Tullos Elliott; Brothers-in-law, Wayne Odom and James Elliott.

Funeral services will begin Friday, May 21, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Groveton Funeral Home in Groveton, TX with Bro. Mike Due officiating.  Burial will follow in Bennett Cemetery in Apple Springs, TX.  Visitation will begin Thursday evening at Groveton Funeral Home at 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
