Carol Ann Tullos 71, was born December 2, 1946 to Roy and Adeline (Stroup) Hetzman. God called Mrs. Tullos home on Saturday, February 24, 2018.

She enjoyed crafting, gardening and she especially loved to write. She was known for her short stories and poetry.
