Billy Jack Scarber was born in Orange, Texas on January 24, 1948 the son of the late AJ Scarber and Selma Evelyn Wagstaff Holland. He passed away on December 29, 2018 in Groveton, Texas at the age of 70 years.
Billy Jack was an extremely hard worker and loved to live life to the fullest. He worked as a truck driver for a chemical plant for numerous years until his retirement. He loved his family and he especially enjoyed riding ATV's, hunting and watching classic movies.
Mr. Scarber is survived by his son: Billy Shane Scarber and Amy; two siblings: sister, Eve Holland Campbell; brother, James Neville (Bo) Holland; and a host nieces, nephews and other beloved relatives and friends.
Billy Jack is preceded in death by his father, AJ Scarber; mother, Selma Evelyn Wagstaff Holland and sister, Iva Nell Scarber Davis.
The family will hold a private memorial service later.
