Beverly Ann Witt of Groveton passed away Friday, June 10, 2022, at the age of seventy-three, surrounded by her beloved family. Beverly was born on February 8, 1949, in Beaumont to parents, Johnny and Thelma (Horn) Witt.
Beverly was a selfless woman who was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She loved spending time with her family and going to church. She loved the lord and studying her bible. She was a member of the United Methodist Church's Ladies Group and the Groveton Reading Club. Beverly also enjoyed singing with her fellow choir members at church. She had an infectious smile that would light up the room. She loved the color pink, modeling in her youth and in her later years, listening to music with her grandchildren and sharing the sounds of the classics.

Beverly leaves behind to cherish her memories her son, Jeff Vondra of Grapeland, TX; grandchildren, Kylee Vondra and Justin Vondra, both of Grapeland, TX; brothers, Wilford Witt, and Ronnie Witt and wife, Sharran; niece, Shayla Easterling; nephew, Mattison Witt and a host of cousins.

Beverly is preceded in death by her loving parents, Johnny, and Thelma Witt; son, Donnie William Vondra; great aunt, Seba Horn.

The family will receive visitors Wednesday, June 15, 2022, beginning at 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Groveton Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will begin Thursday, June 16, 2022, at 10:00 am at the United Methodist Church of Groveton with Rev. Jack McMahon officiating. Interment will follow at the Bennett Cemetery.
