Albert "Marshall" Gresham, 76, of Baytown Texas, on April 13, 2015 received an offer that couldn't be refused, an appointment from which he would not return. The assignment came with a huge sign on bonus, a reunion with family & friends, not seen in a very long time.
He was born September 20, 1938 in Anahuac, TX. He served in the Army National Guard and was honorably released December 17, 1957. He was twice retired from Buddy Bray Distributing & Enron Corp. He loved to laugh, even at himself, his love of classic country music and dancing was contagious, and had passion for classic western literature, history, fishing, Dove hunting & travel.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Henry Albert and Vivian Gresham. He is survived by his brother, A.G. and wife, Darlene Gresham of Anahauc, TX; a sister, Darlyn and husband, Richard Kirby of AZ; Three daughters, Marsha Lynn and husband, Grady Ferguson of Burleson, TX, Lisa Laree' and husband, Thomas Cannon of Lampasas, TX, Shirley Jeanene and husband, Hamilton Mason of Dayton, TX; and one son, William Henry & wife, Charlene Gresham of Livingston, TX. He had 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
Graveside service will be held Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Cedarcrest Cemetery, 3010 Ferry Rd. Baytown, Texas, 77520.
